CW_Shark Licencing
CW_Shark, is released under the following licence conditions. Full details are in the End User Licence Agreement (EULA), which must be agreed before the program will run.
Individuals and Educational Establishments Donation-ware.
CW_Shark is offered free of charge to individuals and educational establishments. However, the author does ask that if the user continues to find the software useful, that a suitable donation to the RFBits fund is made. This will encourage the author to continue future development of the program.
Commercial and Other Organisations.
The author requests that Commercial and other non-educational organisations pay £100 per seat for the use of CW_Shark.
Important note.
The version 3.1.0.1 has a ‘killdate’ of 1 Apr 2026, after which it will refuse to run. Later versions should have the ‘killdate’ removed.
